KARISMA Build Group Inc. is a family-focused, second-generation custom design builder with strong ties in the Niagara Region since the early ‘70s.

It all originated high in the mountains of San Pietro in Valle, Italy where patriarch Filippo Fraraccio began carving out his journey as a master mason bringing with him his old-world style, artisan craftsmanship, and work ethic to Canada in 1967.

His son Fred Fraraccio, President of KARISMA Build Group Inc., is proud to carry on his father’s legacy with passion and originality. He’s a hands-on builder from planning and design through construction and to move-in. Unlike other custom builders, Fred is a custom builder who prides himself on being on site daily, working with all the skilled and knowledgeable trades. By doing so, he ensures that every detail requested by homeowners is completed to exacting standards.

Shawna Fraraccio, wife of Fred, and lead professional designer for KARISMA, also shares Fred’s passion and works with every homeowner throughout the entire build offering unlimited professional design help in selecting exterior and interior materials, colours, and styles. The end result is a home that comes together with purpose and a pure sense of balance and harmony - a home that is truly magazine worthy.
